Damages & Order Issues


Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If any item is damaged, defective or incorrect, kindly reach out to us promptly so we can assess the problem and provide a proper solution.

Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care and beauty items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases
  • Clearance sale items and gift cards

Exchanges


For the fastest service, please submit a return for your current item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order directly for the replacement product you need.

Refunds


After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund result. Once approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to complete and post the refund to your account.
